Participation in expedition travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather, sea conditions, wildlife encounters, and remote wilderness travel.

By booking a charter, you acknowledge that you will be required to sign a separate Liability Waiver prior to departure.

5. Limitation of Liability
