What’s Cookin’ ?

Life aboard the Elysium is about adventure, but it’s also about slowing down to savor what’s on your plate.

Every meal from our galley is hand crafted. It’s nutrient-rich, layered with flavor, and prepared without shortcuts. We bake the bread, char the tomatoes, roll the pasta, fold the dumplings, filet the fish, and take the time to make each dish hearty and flavorful. We partner with local businesses to bring you the freshest produce, seafood, and spices, so every plate reflects the tastes of Sitka. Unlike the mass-produced meals served on large cruise ships, your food here is prepared by hand, with care and intention in every bite.

Your menu is in your hands but we do all the planning and the cooking.
Tell us what you’re craving, and we’ll make it happen.

Snacks & Treats

There will always be something to nibble on aboard Elysium. From fresh fruit and trail mixes to homemade popcorn, snacks are always within reach. Before you arrive, we’ll ask about your favorites so we can be sure they’re stocked and ready for you throughout the trip.

Custom Menus

When you book your trip and we begin planning your personalized itinerary, Lydia will also ask about the meals you’re most excited for. Whether it’s a favorite comfort dish, a craving for fresh-caught seafood, or a curiosity to try something new, we’ll craft a menu around your preferences. Our goal is to make every meal feel like it was made just for you (cuz it will be).
