4 easy steps and you’ll be on your way…
1. Explore Our Dates
Browse our 2026 schedule to see available expedition dates. Each trip runs Sunday 10am – Thursday 10am from Sitka, Alaska.
Our season is limited, so we recommend choosing your dates early.
Once you have a date in mind, fill out our contact form with your preferred dates and a bit about your group.
We’ll follow up to arrange a personalized planning call with Lydia and Dustin—this is where we talk through your vision for the trip, what you’d like to see, do, and experience.
2. Get In Touch
After your planning call, we’ll email you a confirmation link along with instructions for sending your 50% deposit via ACH transfer.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. We’ll send reminders and instructions when the final payment is due.

We’ll guide you through packing tips, travel recommendations, and any special arrangements for your group.
If you’re arriving from out of town, we recommend booking accommodations in Sitka the night before departure so you’re well rested and ready to go.
💡 Tip: Southeast Alaska is best experienced when you’re flexible—weather and wildlife can change plans in the most beautiful ways. We’ll make sure your days are filled with unforgettable moments.
🌀 Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable, as each trip reserves M/Y Elysium exclusively for your group. We understand that life happens—if you need to cancel, we’re happy to rebook your expedition later in the same season (if available) or roll it forward to the following season.
