Our 2026 Summer Schedule

All deposits are non-refundable. This policy reflects the costs associated with reserving the vessel, crew, permits, insurance, and trip-specific provisioning.

Guests may reschedule their trip one time, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 60 days prior to departure.
Rescheduled trips may be moved to another date within the same season or the following season and will be issued as a trip credit equal to the amount paid. Trip credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Trips operate rain or shine. The captain retains sole discretion regarding vessel operation and trip continuation based on weather and safety conditions.

If severe weather or unsafe conditions require the trip to end early after departure, Elysium Expeditions will refund the unused portion of the trip, calculated on a prorated daily rate, for the days not completed.

If Elysium Expeditions cancels a trip prior to departure due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, guests may choose either a full refund or a trip credit.

No refunds or credits are provided for missed departures, late arrivals, seasickness, or early returns due to guest preference. No refunds are issued for itinerary changes made in the interest of safety, weather, or wildlife considerations, unless the trip is ended early as described above.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions.
