Life aboard the Elysium is about adventure, but it’s also about slowing down to savor what’s on your plate.
Every meal from our galley is crafted with intention. It’s nutrient-rich, layered with flavor, and prepared without shortcuts. We bake the bread, char the salsa, roll the pasta, fold the dumplings, and take the time to make each dish hearty and flavorful. We partner with local businesses to bring you the freshest produce, seafood, and spices, so every plate reflects the tastes of Southeast Alaska. Unlike the mass-produced meals served on large cruise ships, your food here is prepared by hand, with care and intention in every bite.

Local Ingredients
We source as much as possible from Southeast Alaska — wild-caught salmon and halibut, seasonal berries, and locally grown greens — so every meal connects you to the place you’re exploring.
Dietary Needs
We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions — vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or other needs. With advance notice, we’ll adjust menus so every guest feels nourished and cared for.

There will always be something to nibble on aboard Elysium. From fresh fruit and trail mixes to homemade bites from the galley, snacks are always within reach. Before you arrive, we’ll ask about your favorites so we can be sure they’re stocked and ready for you throughout the trip.
