Once we’ve chatted and landed on the right dates and details, we’ll move ahead with confirming your trip. A 50% deposit holds your spot, and the remaining balance is due a week before departure. We’ll send you easy ACH payment instructions—no extra fees, just a smooth process.

Once your trip is confirmed, we’ll send detailed packing tips, travel suggestions, and everything you need to know before arriving. From start to finish, we’re here to make the process easy, welcoming, and aligned with your sense of adventure.
